I am sorry not sure what you mean by both? In suite 9 we have a king sixe bed 150x180cm and sofa bed that is ok for 1 adult or 2 kids the rest of the stduios have king size beds 150x180cm

What would you highlight about Belsize Park Boutique Accommodation
Wonderful
Location is great. Quite and just 3 mins to a tube station and bus stop. Just 4 tube stops to London King's Cross. Short trip to the Centre of London by bus or underground. London Zoo is just walking distance, (about 30 mins with 6 year old) which is great if you have got kids. Antonia a manager is fabulous.
Blinds on the kitchen window would be great. We struggle to.open windows, might need to check that. Also no TV Ariel which is strange really, visitors expected to use theirs Netflix account etc but what if people don't have one???? Also I think the property would benefit from more dishes like cereal bowls or maybe frying pans and a small hover.

What would you highlight about Belsize Park Boutique Accommodation
Overall we had a good 4 night stay at this apartment good location for exploring Camden town and other London locations.
The Location was good close to Restaurants, grocery stores and the underground, easy check in check out, good Wi-Fi and TV. Well appointed apartment had everything needed it for a short stay.
The bed and pillows need to be upgraded (made for an uncomfortable sleep) and the Carpet flooring needs to be replaced (ripped and patched in places.) The Shower is extremely small Maybe 30” x 30”at the most! The fan suppled to help keep the room cool was not good, very Loud sounded like food Blender it was hot in the apartment in July.

Convenient,excellent communication and an enjoyable experience
Close proximity to transport and shops. Well equipped kitchen area and washing machine with dryer Excellent communication and allowed us to drop off luggage early and pick up late on departure day .
The photo does not truly reflect the unit we had but still suited our needs for a short stay
